Development and Promotion of Logistics and Distribution Centers and Issues Concerning Infrastructure and Transportation (A.C.R. 30)

Summary

The Legislative Commission's Subcommittee to Study the Development and Promotion of Logistics and Distribution Centers and Issues concerning Infrastructure and Transportation in this State is composed of five members from the Senate and three members of the Assembly. The Subcommittee is charged with formulating a strategy and developing an implementation plan detailing the steps that need to be taken to create new jobs and promote diversification of the State's economy. The Subcommittee will provide this information to the Legislative Commission, which will submit a report of the results of the study and any recommendations for legislation to the 76th Session of the Nevada Legislature.
