Committee to Conduct an Interim Study Concerning Wildfires (ACR4)
Summary
Assembly Concurrent Resolution 4 (2019) creates an interim committee to conduct a study relating to wildfires. The committee must consider methods of reducing wildfire fuels, issues related to early responses to wildfires, and the economic impact of wildfires on the state and local communities. The committee, which consists of three members of the Senate, three members of the Assembly, and two nonvoting members, must submit a report to the 2021 Session of the Nevada Legislature.
