How to Vote in Nevada

Since the passage of Assembly Bill 321 in 2021, all active, registered Nevada voters—unless they opt out—will receive a mail ballot for each election in which they are eligible to vote. This brochure has information on how to return your mail ballot, as well as other options for casting your vote.
