If sections 13, 15, 19 and 25 of this act become effective on November 25, 2014, and sections 1, 2, 3 and 5 of chapter 4, Statutes of Nevada 2008, 25th Special Session, at pages 15, 16 and 17, expire by limitation after November 25, 2014, sections 13, 15, 19 and 25 of this act expire by limitation on the day on which sections 1, 2, 3 and 5 of chapter 4, Statutes of Nevada 2008, 25th Special Session, at pages 15, 16 and 17, expire by limitation. (b) Sections 14, 16, 20 and 26 of this act become effective: (1) On November 25, 2014, only if sections 13, 15, 19 and 25 of this act do not become effective on November 25, 2014, pursuant to paragraph (a); or (2) On the day after sections 13, 15, 19 and 25 of this act expire by limitation only if those sections become effective on November 25, 2014, and thereafter expire by limitation pursuant to paragraph (a). 3.
