Nevada Silver Haired Legislative Forum (NRS 427A.320)
Summary
The Nevada Silver Haired Legislative Forum was created by the Legislature under Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 427A.320 through 427A.400 to identify and act upon issues of importance to aging persons. The Forum is to be comprised of members equal to the number of state senators (21) who, among other qualifications, must have been a registered voter for three years preceding their appointment in the senatorial district of the senator who nominates them. Members of the National Silver Haired Congress from Nevada serve as ex officio members of the Forum.
