Summary
The Committee to Conduct an Interim Study Concerning the Impact of Technology Upon Gaming is composed of six members of the Legislature and seven members who are key stakeholders in Nevada's gaming industry. The Committee is required to review issues related to the impact of technology on the regulation of gaming and the distinction between restricted and nonrestricted gaming licenses. A report of findings, including any recommendations for legislation, is required to be submitted to the 2015 Session of the Nevada Legislature for consideration.
