All dates and times requested are on a first come, first served basis. Certain dates and times are subject to the 120-day calendar restrictions. Black-out dates as designated by the leadership in both houses may prevent requests from being approved. In such a case, the requestor will be notified.

There is never a guarantee of any particular date, time, or event being approved, regardless of the 120-day calendar or the black-out dates. All events placed on the Events Calendar are for information only. It is suggested that invitations/notices of events be sent directly to all involved.
