Every person who acts as a lobbyist during a regular or special session shall, not later than two days after the beginning of that activity, file a registration statement with the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau.
Registered lobbyists are required to file various reports of their lobbying activities during regular or special sessions of the Nevada Legislature.
The Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau is required to keep current an alphabetical list of registered lobbyists, including each registered lobbyistâs address, the name and address of each person for whom the registered lobbyist is lobbying and the principal areas of interest on which the registered lobbyist expects to lobby. The Reports menu option provides information on current and past lobbyist lists and expenditure reporting.
