     Amend section 1, page 3, line 18, by deleting “529.” and inserting:

“529, unless the money is deposited after the entry of a judgment against the purchaser or account owner or the money will not be used by any beneficiary to attend a college or university.”.

     Amend sec. 2, page 6, line 29, by deleting “529.” and inserting:

“529, unless the money is deposited after the entry of a judgment against the purchaser or account owner or the money will not be used by any beneficiary to attend a college or university.”.

     Amend sec. 3, page 8, line 36, by deleting “529.” and inserting:

“529, unless the money is deposited after the entry of a judgment against the purchaser or account owner or the money will not be used by any beneficiary to attend a college or university.”.

     Amend the title of the bill, third line, by deleting “program;” and inserting:

“program under certain circumstances;”.

     Amend the summary of the bill to read as follows:

“SUMMARY—Exempts from execution by creditors certain money held in trust forming part of qualified tuition program under certain circumstances. (BDR 2-303)”.
