     Amend section 1, page 1, line 3, by deleting “tuition,”.

     Amend section 1, page 1, line 7, after “student.” by inserting:

“For the purpose of assessing fees and charges against a person to whom a waiver is granted pursuant to this subsection, including, without limitation, tuition charges pursuant to NRS 396.540, such a person shall be deemed to be a bona fide resident of this state.”.

     Amend section 1, page 1, by deleting lines 10 through 12.

     Amend section 1, page 1, line 13, by deleting “(b)” and inserting “(a)”.

     Amend section 1, page 2, line 1, by deleting “(c)” and inserting “(b)”.

     Amend section 1, page 2, line 6, by deleting “tuition,”.

     Amend section 1, page 2, line 14, by deleting “tuition,”.
