     Amend section 1, page 1, line 9, by deleting “has agreed” and inserting:

“is contractually obligated”.

     Amend the bill as a whole by deleting sections 2 through 6 and renumbering sec. 7 as sec. 2.

     Amend the bill as a whole by deleting sections 8 and 9.

     Amend the title of the bill by deleting the third through tenth lines and inserting:

“retainage in certain circumstances; and providing other matters properly”.
