     Amend section 1, page 1, line 9, by deleting “additional $25” and inserting:

“annual increase of $25 in the semiannual payment”.

     Amend section 1, page 1, line 11, by deleting “additional $50” and inserting:

“annual increase of $50 in the semiannual payment”.

     Amend section 1, page 1, line 13, by deleting “additional $75” and inserting:

“annual increase of $75 in the semiannual payment”.
