AN ACT relating to the Department of Human Resources; extending the reversion date of the appropriation made during previous Legislative Session to the Department of Human Resources for the Medicaid Management Information System; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

1-1  Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 441, Statutes of Nevada 2001,

1-2  at page 2157, is hereby amended to read as follows:

1-3  Sec. 2.  Any remaining balance of the appropriation

1-4  made by section 1 of this act must not be committed for

1-5  expenditure after June 30, [2003,] 2005, and reverts to the

1-6  state general fund as soon as all payments of money

1-7  committed have been made.

1-8  Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
