AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation to the State Distributive School Account in the State General Fund for an unanticipated shortfall in Fiscal Year 2002-2003; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

    Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the State General

Fund to the State Distributive School Account created by NRS

387.030 in the State General Fund the sum of $71,750,340 for an

unanticipated shortfall in money in Fiscal Year 2002-2003. This

appropriation is supplemental to that made by section 4 of chapter

565, Statutes of Nevada 2001, at page 2832.

    Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
