The Committee on Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Miningwas called to order at 1:10 p.m., on Wednesday, May 21, 2003, behind the Bar of the Assembly by Chairman Tom Collins.

Assembly Bill 485 (3rd Reprint):  Revises provisions relating to relief from liability for certain persons regarding certain real property at which hazardous substance has been or may have been released. (BDR 40-776)

 

Chairman Collins provided clarification of Senate Amendment No. 633 to A.B. 485 to the Committee.

Senate Bill 336 (1st Reprint):  Makes various changes relating to water rights. (BDR 48-848)

 

Chairman Collins explained to the Committee the Legal Division’s wording of the Committee recommended amendment to S.B. 336.

 

With no further business before the Committee, Chairman Collins adjourned the meeting at 1:13 p.m.
