Senate Bill No. 261—AN ACT relating to utilities; eliminating certain restrictions that Senate Bill No. 425 of the 71st Session of the Nevada Legislature imposed on governmental entities relating to the acquisition or expansion of certain utility facilities; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
Senator Neal moved that the bill be referred to the Committee on Commerce and Labor.

Senate Bill No. 262—AN ACT relating to elections; requiring the Secretary of State, a board of county commissioners, a county clerk and any other person who prepares an abstract of votes to transmit such an abstract to each public library within his jurisdiction; requiring a city clerk who certifies an abstract of votes to transmit such an abstract to each public library in the city; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
