Today, we would offer prayers for the 300 Air National Guard members from Nevada and the 400 Army National Guard members from Nevada who very soon might find themselves defending our freedom.

Today, we would offer prayers for our President and his advisors as they face these perilous times.

Today, we would offer prayers for the innocents who may suffer.

Amen.

Senate Bill No. 248—AN ACT relating to professions; authorizing the Board of Examiners for Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors to adopt regulations for the issuance of certain certificates as counselors, interns or specialists; authorizing the Board to make certain determinations based on information included in a report of criminal history under certain circumstances; requiring the Board to charge and collect a fee for approving a course of continuing education; expanding the circumstances under which the Board may bring an action to enjoin certain violations; providing a penalty; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
