AN ACT relating to the Legislature; requiring each regular session of the Legislature to adjourn sine die not later than midnight on the 120th calendar day of that session; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

1-1  Section 1. Chapter 218 of NRS is hereby amended by adding

1-2  thereto a new section to read as follows:

1-3  The Legislature shall adjourn sine die each regular session not

1-4  later than midnight of the 120th calendar day of that session.

1-5  Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.

 

1-6  H
