AN ACT relating to hearing aid specialists; revising certain fees related to the licensure of hearing aid specialists; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN
SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
1-1 Section 1. NRS 637A.210 is hereby amended to read as
1-2 follows:
1-3 637A.210 The Board shall charge fees which must not be
1-4 greater than the following:
1-5 For a license as a hearing aid specialist:
1-6 Application fee......................... [$250] $500
1-7 Examination fee............................ [200] 400
1-8 Initial license fee........................... [100] 500
1-9 Annual license fee........................ [200] 500
1-10 Duplicate license fee............................. 20
1-11 Inactive status fee..................... [100] 200
1-12 For a license as an apprentice to a hearing aid specialist:

2-3 For all licenses issued by the Board:
2-4 Lapsed renewal fee per year for each year, or
