    Senate Bill No. 75—AN ACT relating to insurance; providing immunity from criminal penalties and civil liability under certain circumstances to persons who provide information concerning acts of insurance fraud; limiting the use of that information by insurers and the employees and representatives of insurers; authorizing insurers to increase or decrease rates without the approval of the commissioner of insurance under certain circumstances; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

    Senate Bill No. 76—AN ACT relating to employment practices; prohibiting an employer from terminating the employment of an employee solely because the employee files a complaint with or otherwise consults the labor commissioner concerning the enforcement of the labor laws of this state; providing a penalty; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

    Senate Bill No. 80—AN ACT relating to traffic laws; requiring that the signs designating the speed limit in a school crossing zone indicate the hours during which the speed limit is in effect; requiring the principal of each school to designate the hours during which the speed limit in a school zone or school crossing zone for the school is in effect; requiring the principal to notify the governing body of a local government or the department of transportation of the hours when the speed limit is in effect and any changes to those hours; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

    Senate Bill No. 81—AN ACT relating to motor vehicles; revising the circumstances under which certain fines are increased for violating a limitation of weight of a motor vehicle; requiring the director of the department of transportation to adopt certain regulations; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

    Senate Bill No. 82—AN ACT relating to hazardous materials; eliminating the authority of the director of the department of motor vehicles and public safety to adopt regulations imposing certain fees for the inspection and regulation of motor vehicles that transport hazardous materials; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
