AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation to the Division of Museums and History of the Department of Museums, Library and Arts to offset the unanticipated shortfall in the revenue from admissions at the Nevada State Museum and Historical Society in Las Vegas; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 There is hereby appropriated from the state general fund to the Division of Museums and History of the Department of Museums, Library and Arts the sum of $26,000 to offset the unanticipated shortfall in the revenue from admissions at the Nevada State Museum and Historical Society in Las Vegas. This appropriation is supplemental to that made by section 19 of chapter 446, Statutes of Nevada 1995, at page 1387.
Sec. 2 This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
