AN ACT Relating to education; prohibiting the eliciting of certain information from a pupil without written parental consent; requiring that certain information concerning the well-being of a pupil be reported to the parent or guardian of the pupil; requiring a school district to furnish, upon request of a parent or guardian of a pupil, copies of certain records relating to the pupil; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
