AN ACT relating to state parks; designating Tule Springs State Park; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1 Chapter 453, Statutes of Nevada 1977, at page 903, is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section to be designated as section 5.5, immediately following section 5, to read as follows:
Sec. 5.5. The land accepted pursuant to section 1 of this act and referred to in this act as Tule Springs Park, and any lands leased or otherwise acquired by or on behalf of the administrator of the division of state parks of the state department of conservation and natural resources for use in conjunction with the park, shall hereafter be known as Tule Springs State Park.
Sec. 2 This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
