AN ACT relating to the state board of architecture, interior design and residential design; revising the provisions governing the fees charged by the board; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 NRS 623.310 is hereby amended to read as follows:
623.310 The board shall, by regulation, adopt a fee schedule which may not exceed the following:
For an examination for a certificate $800.00
For rewriting an examination or a part or parts failed 800.00
For the initial issuance of a certificate [of registration] [125.00] 500.00
For a temporary certificate [of registration] 500.00
For [initial registration or] the renewal of [registration] a certificate 300.00
For the late renewal of an expired certificate within 1 year after its expiration 220.00
For the late renewal of a certificate which has been expired for more than 1 year but not more than 3 years 300.00
For the restoration of a revoked certificate 500.00
[For change of address 5.00]
For the replacement of a certificate 30.00
For application forms [25.00] 50.00

Sec. 2 This act becomes effective on July 1, 1997.
