AN ACT relating to litigation; prohibiting the state and local authorities from removing certain actions to a federal court; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1 Chapter 238 of NRS is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section to read as follows:
The State of Nevada, including the Board of Regents of the University of Nevada, or a local government or any other political subdivision of the state shall not remove, or stipulate to the removal of, a civil action filed against it in a court of this state to a federal court, even if the removal is otherwise permitted by law or rule of court.
