SENATE BILL 441: Prohibits department of motor vehicles and public safety from renewing registration of motor vehicle if fines for certain traffic violations have not been paid. (BDR 43-668) SENATOR WASHINGTON MOVED TO CONCUR WITH THE AMENDMENT TO S.B. 441. SENATOR PORTER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED.
