O'Donnell, at 1:35 p.m., on Tuesday, March 28, 1995, in Room 226 of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. Exhibit A is the Agenda. Exhibit B is the Attendance Roster. Williams, Chief Principal Research Analyst Diane Rea, Committee Secretary Senator O'Donnell asked for introduction of Bill Draft Request (BDR) 43-1468 (Exhibit C). Bill Draft Request 43-1468: Revises requirements for maintaining proof of financial responsibility after reinstatement or restoration of driver's license, permit or registration. Senator O'Donnell explained that he did not get the BDR in within the time frame and needs a committee introduction. SENATOR NEAL MOVED TO INTRODUCE BILL DRAFT REQUEST 43-1468. They want to request a bill draft. Senate Bill 119: Revises provisions relating to discloser of odometer reading of motor vehicle and certain other information when ownership of motor vehicle is transferred. (BDR 43-1317) Senator O'Donnell stated that the yellow copy (Exhibit D) is a technical amendment to the bill. SENATOR NEAL MOVED TO AMEND AND DO PASS SENATE BILL 119. Senator O'Donnell explained that they are asking to respond to the federal deregulation of motor carriers.
