The Senate Committee on Natural Resources was called to order by 
Chairman Dean A. Rhoads, at 6:45 p.m., on Saturday, July 1, 
1995, on the Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson 
City, Nevada.  There was no Agenda.  There was no Attendance 
Roster.

Chairman Rhoads explained  Amendment No. 1480 to Senate Bill 
(S.B.) 489 (Exhibit A) that had come over from the Assembly.  He 
asked for a motion to concur.

SENATOR REGAN MOVED TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 1480 TO 
S.B. 489.

SENATOR LEE SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED.  (SENATOR JAMES WAS ABSENT FOR THE 
VOTE.)

Chairman Rhoads, after making a few comments on Assembly Bill 
(A.B.) 212, called for a motion on the measure.

ASSEMBLY BILL 212:	Makes various changes to provisions 
governing hunting and fishing licenses.

SENATOR LEE MOVED TO DO PASS A.B. 212.

SENATOR JACOBSEN SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED.  (SENATOR JAMES WAS ABSENT FOR THE 
VOTE.)
