Buchanan, Committee Secretary Senator James requested a vote be taken not to concur with Amendment Number (No.) 1498 to Senate Bill (S.B.) 299, which said amendment defines a "dangerous knife" as being 2 or more inches in length. SENATE BILL 299: Requires sheriff to issue permits to carry concealed firearms to certain persons. SENATOR TITUS MOVED NOT TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 1498 TO S.B. 299.
