SENATE BILL 171: Authorizes courts to award as costs to prevailing party costs of certain computerized services. SENATOR ADLER MOVED NOT TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 379 TO S.B. 171. SENATOR TITUS SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED. SENATE BILL 314: Abolishes criminal defense of insanity. ASSEMBLY BILL 364: Authorizes administrative assessment for misdemeanors to cover costs of providing court facilities. ASSEMBLY BILL 667: Revises certain provisions regarding regulation of sellers and appraisers of real estate and requires verification of registration of qualified intermediaries in certain real estate transactions. SENATOR ADLER MOVED TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 1338 TO S.B. 314. SENATOR PORTER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED.
