The Senate Committee on Judiciary was called to order by Chairman 
Mark A. James, at 11:05 a.m., on Sunday, June 25, 1995, on the 
Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.  
There was no Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

Senator James discussed Bill Draft Request (BDR) S-2142 and asked 
for a committee 
introduction.

BILL DRAFT REQUEST S-2142:		Makes technical corrections to 
certain measures previously approved 
by 68th session of Nevada 
legislature.

SENATOR ADLER MOVED TO INTRODUCE BDR S-2142.

SENATOR WASHINGTON SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
