The Senate Committee on Judiciary was called to order by 
Chairman Mark A. James at 10:30 a.m., on Wednesday, June 21, 
1995, on the Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson 
City, Nevada.  There was no Agenda.  There was no Attendance 
Roster.

A meeting was held on the Senate floor where a discussion of 
Amendment No. 841 on Assembly Bill 92 was read by Senator 
O'Donnell.

ASSEMBLY BILL 92:	Requires revocation of driver's license of 
certain juveniles who drive under influence 
of intoxicating liquor or controlled 
substance.

SENATOR McGINNESS MOVED TO WITHDRAW THE COMMITTEE 	
	AMENDMENT AND TO DO PASS AMENDMENT No. 841.


SENATOR WASHINGTON SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED. (SENATOR ADLER WAS ABSENT FOR THE 
VOTE.)
