The Senate Committee on Human Resources and Facilities was called to order by 
Chairman Raymond D. Rawson, at 12:20 p.m., on Wednesday, June 28, 1995, on 
the Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada.   There was no 
Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

substances filled by

SENATOR AUGUSTINE MOVED TO RESCIND THE COMMITTEE'S ACTION 
NOT TO CONCUR WITH ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT NUMBER 908 TO 
SENATE BILL 36.

SENATOR LOWDEN SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
