SENATOR AUGUSTINE MOVED TO RESCIND THE COMMITTEE'S ACTION NOT TO CONCUR WITH ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT NUMBER 908 TO SENATE BILL 36. SENATOR LOWDEN SECONDED THE MOTION.
