Shaffer STAFF MEMBER PRESENT: Joan Thran, Committee Secretary Senator O'Connell started discussion on Amendment No. 1554 to Assembly Bill (A.B.) 526 which would replace Amendment No. 1533. This would allow reports by the Ethics Commission be confidential until a determination is rendered. Discussion followed. ASSEMBLY BILL 526: Makes various changes relating to commission on ethics. SENATOR RAGGIO MOVED TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 1554 TO A.B. 526. SENATOR TITUS SECONDED THE MOTION.
