The Senate Committee on Government Affairs was called to order by 
Chairman Ann O'Connell, at 11:23 p.m., on Saturday, July 1, 1995, 
on the Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, 
Nevada.  There was no Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

Senator O'Connell started discussion on Amendment No. 1554 to 
Assembly  Bill (A.B.) 526 which would replace Amendment No. 1533. 
 This would allow reports by the Ethics Commission be confidential 
until a determination is rendered.  Discussion followed.

ASSEMBLY BILL 526:	Makes various changes relating to commission on 
ethics. 

SENATOR RAGGIO MOVED TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 1554 TO A.B. 
526.

SENATOR TITUS SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
