Raggio, at 11:25 p.m., on Sunday, July 2, 1995, on the Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster. Rhoads Senator Bernice Mathews COMMITTEE MEMBER PRESENT: Joan Thran, Committee Secretary Senator Raggio explained to the committee the need for Rescinding the committee's previous action taken on Senate Bill (S.B.) 210 and Not to Concur with Assembly Amendment No. 1553 to S.B. 210. Discussion followed. SENATE BILL 210: Makes appropriation to department of human resources to finance state's share of business process re-engineering for certain divisions of department. SENATOR RAWSON MOVED TO RESCIND THE PREVIOUS ACTION TAKEN ON S.B. 210. SENATOR JACOBSEN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. ***** SENATOR O'DONNELL MOVED NOT TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 1553 TO S.B. 210. SENATOR RAWSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
