The Senate Committee on Finance was called to order by Chairman William J. Raggio, at 11:05 
p.m., on Sunday, July 2, 1995, on the Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, 
Nevada.   There was no Agenda.  There was no Attendance Roster.

Chairman Raggio opened the hearing on Senate Bill (S.B.) 210.

SENATE BILL 210:	Makes appropriations to finance state's share of  business process re-
engineering for certain divisions and departments.  (BDR S-1516)

According to Chairman Raggio this bill with the proposed Amendment No. 1553 would provide 
"$250,000 to the Department of Administration...[there is] no federal funding."

SENATOR RAWSON MOVED TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 1553 TO S.B.210.

SENATOR MATHEWS SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED.  (SENATOR O'DONNELL WAS ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.)

Chairman Raggio opened the hearing on Senate Bill (S.B.) 581.

SENATE BILL 581:	Makes appropriations to Gerlach General Improvement  District for expenses 
relating to replacement of water tank. (BDR  S-2172)

SENATOR RAWSON MOVED TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 1563 TO S.B. 581.

SENATOR JACOBSEN SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED.  (SENATOR O'DONNELL WAS ABSENT FOR THE VOTE.)
