MINUTES OF THE
	SENATE COMMITTEE ON FINANCE

	Sixty-eighth Session
	March 24, 1995


The Senate Committee on Finance was called to order by Chairman William J. Raggio, 
at 11:10 a.m., on Tuesday, March 24, 1995, on the Senate floor of the Legislative 
Building, Carson City, Nevada.  There was no Agenda.  There was no Attendance 
Roster.


COMMITTEE MEMBERS PRESENT:

Senator William J. Raggio, Chairman
Senator Raymond D. Rawson, Vice Chairman
Senator Lawrence E. Jacobsen
Senator Bob Coffin
Senator William R. O'Donnell
Senator Dean A. Rhoads
Senator Bernice Mathews

Senator Raggio asked the committee to approve a request for a resolution to address 
the Legislature's disapproval of the attorney general filing of a complaint to remove 
certain Lincoln County commissioners from office.  Discussion followed with Senator 
 O'Donnell inquiring if the county commissioners are being sued individually.  Senator 
Raggio responded in the affirmative.

SENATOR RHOADS MOVED TO REQUEST A BILL DRAFT REQUEST FOR A 
RESOLUTION.

SENATOR JACOBSEN SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED.  (SENATOR COFFIN VOTED NO.)
