The Senate Committee on Commerce and Labor was called to order 
by Vice Chairman Ann O'Connell, at 10:40 p.m., on Saturday, July 
1, 1995, on the Senate floor of the Legislative Building, Carson 
City, Nevada.   There was no Agenda.  There was no Attendance 
Roster.

Senator O'Connell requested an action be taken on the proposed 
amendments to  Senate Bill (S.B.) 361.

SENATE BILL 361:	Makes various changes relating to mobile 
home parks.

SENATOR REGAN MOVED TO AMEND AND DO PASS AS AMENDED, 
S.B. 361.

SENATOR SHAFFER SECONDED THE MOTION.

THE MOTION CARRIED.  (SENATOR TOWNSEND WAS ABSENT FOR 
THE VOTE.)
