Discussion followed. SENATE BILL 72: Prohibits practice of respiratory care without certification by national organization. SENATOR O'CONNELL MOVED TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 1156 TO S.B. 72. SENATE NEAL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. ***** Senator Townsend discussed Amendment No. 1326 to Senate Bill (S.B.) 344 which makes a technical correction. SENATE BILL 344: Revises provisions relating to licensing of chiropractors and chiropractors' assistants. SENATOR REGAN MOVED NOT TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 1326 TO S.B. 344. SENATOR O'CONNELL SECONDED THE MOTION.
