Discussion followed. SENATE BILL 193: Prohibits use of designation or abbreviation which indicates person is licensed or registered dietitian under certain circumstance. SENATOR AUGUSTINE MOVED NOT TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 1153 TO S.B. 193. SENATE LOWDEN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. ***** Senator Townsend began discussion on Amendment No. 1041 to Senate Bill (S.B.) 422 and stated all advertising by landscape architects and business cards of certificate holder must include the number of his certificate. SENATE BILL 442: Makes various changes relating to landscape architects. SENATOR REGAN MOVED TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NO. 1041 TO S.B. 442. SENATOR O'CONNELL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. ***** Senator Townsend started discussion on Amendment No. 1189 and Amendment No. 1295 to Senate Bill (S.B.) 458 and felt there needed to be a conference committee on the amendments. SENATE BILL 458: Makes various changes to provisions relating to industrial insurance. SENATOR SHAFFER MOVED NOT TO CONCUR WITH AMENDMENT NOS. 1189 AND 1295 TO S.B. 458. SENATOR O'CONNELL SECONDED THE MOTION.
