The Senate Committee on Commerce and Labor was called to order 
by Chairman Randolph J. Townsend, at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, 
April 24, 1995, in Room 119 of the Legislative Building, Carson 
City, Nevada.  Exhibit A is the Agenda.  Exhibit B is the 
Attendance Roster.

This meeting was a Public Service Commission of Nevada 
telecommunications meeting on  Docket 94-11035, (Exhibit C) and 
was video conferenced from Room 4401 of the Grant Sawyer State 
Office Building, Las Vegas, Nevada.   Senator Townsend 
identified the committee.  Testimony followed.  


Senator Townsend adjourned the Commerce and Labor Committee at 
10:45 a.m.
