The Committee on Ways and Means was called to order at 3:30 p.m., on Sunday, 
July 2, 1995, Chairman Assemblyman Marvel presiding in the Assembly Chambers 
of the Legislative Building.

Chairman marvel requested the committee consider S.B. 405 which requires the 
Director of the Department of Human Resources to establish family resource 
centers and includes an appropriation of $1,130,000.

MS. GIUNCHIGLIANI MOVED DO PASS.

MR. SPITLER SECONDED THE MOTION.

MOTION CARRIED.  MR. CLOSE VOTED NO.

Chairman Marvel requested the committee consider A.B. 331 which relates to 
insurance fraud.

MR. SPITLER MOVED TO RESCIND THE COMMITTEE'S PREVIOUS ACTION.

MRS. CHOWNING SECONDED THE MOTION.

MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.












MR. SPITLER MOVED DO PASS AS AMENDED BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 
1446 TO A.B. 331.

MR. CLOSE SECONDED THE MOTION.

MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
