June 30, 1995, Chairman Marvel presiding in the Assembly Chambers of the 
Legislative Building.

Chairman Marvel requested the committee consider S.B. 547 which repeals the 
hospital provider tax and establishes the inter-governmental transfer program to the 
1995-97 biennium.
