THE FLOOR MINUTES OF

	ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE ON TRANSPORTATION

	SIXTY-EIGHTH SESSION


	JUNE 30, 1995


The Committee on Transportation was called to order at 3:20 p.m., on June 30, 
1995, behind the desk bar of the Assembly by Chairman Vonne Chowning.  
Assemblymen Allard, Anderson, Batten,Carpenter, Chowning, de Braga,  and 
Tripple were in attendance.

      A MOTION WAS MADE BY ASSEMBLYMAN DE BRAGA TO INDEFINITELY      
        POSTPONE S.B.554.

      ASSEMBLYMAN CARPENTER SECONDED THE MOTION.

   

The Motion carried.
