THE FLOOR MINUTES OF

	ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE ON TRANSPORTATION

                                         SIXTY-EIGHTH SESSION

	JUNE 29, 1995



The Committee on Transportation was called to order at 3:30 p.m., on June 29, 
1995, behind the desk bar of the Assembly by Chairman Vonne Chowning.  
Assemblymen Allard, Anderson, Carpenter, Chowning, de Braga, Goldwater, Nolan, 
 Ohrenschall, and Tripple were in attendance.

       A MOTION WAS MADE BY ASSEMBLYMAN GOLDWATER TO DO PASS        
         S.B. 570.

      ASSEMBLYMAN ALLARD SECONDED THE MOTION.

   

The Motion carried.
