THE FLOOR MINUTES OF

                         ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE ON TRANSPORTATION

                                         SIXTY-EIGHTH SESSION

	JUNE 28, 1995




The Committee on Transportation was called to order at 2:00 p.m., on June 28, 
1995, behind the desk bar of the Assembly by Chairman Vonne Chowning.  
Assemblymen Allard, Anderson, Batten,Carpenter, Chowning, de Braga, Nolan and 
Tripple were in attendance.

   A MOTION WAS MADE BY ASSEMBLYMAN ALLARD TO DO PASS
   S.B.442.

   ASSEMBLYMAN CARPENTER SECONDED THE MOTION.

   

 The Motion carried.
