The Committee on Transportation was called to order at 3:15 p.m., on Saturday, 
June 24, 1995, Chairman Chowning presiding in Room 331 of the Legislative 
Building, Carson City, Nevada.  Exhibit A is the Agenda.  Exhibit B is the
