	ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE ON TRANSPORTATION

	SIXTY-EIGHTH SESSION

	JUNE 15, 1995



The Committee on Transportation was called to order at 12:15 p.m., on June 15, 
1995 behind the desk bar of the Assembly by Chairman Vonne Chowning.  
Assemblymen Anderson, Carpenter, Chowning, de Braga, Goldwater, Ohrenschall  
and Tripple were in attendance.

                 For the purpose of considering:

X               Change Committee Rule #10..

Two-thirds majority present     X      (required for committee introduction or
                                                    Reconsideration) 


        ASSEMBLYMAN ANDERSON MADE A MOTION TO CHANGE COMMITTEE    
          RULE #10.

        ASSEMBLYMAN BATTEN SECONDED THE MOTION.

 The Motion carried.
