	ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE ON TRANSPORTATION

	SIXTY-EIGHTH SESSION

	JUNE 14, 1995


The Committee on Transportation was called to order at 12:10 p.m., on June 14, 
1995 behind the desk bar of the Assembly by Chairman Vonne Chowning,  
Assemblymen Anderson, Carpenter, Chowning, de Braga, Goldwater, Ohrenschall  
and Tripple were in attendance.

                 For the purpose of considering:

X               Address S.B. 189 - motion to not recede.

Two-thirds majority present     X      (required for committee introduction or
                                                    Reconsideration) 

        A MOTION WAS MADE BY ASSEMBLYMAN ANDERSON TO NOT RECEDE    
          S.B. 189. 

        ASSEMBLYMAN DE BRAGA SECONDED THE MOTION.
