                        ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE ON TRANSPORTATION

                                           Sixty-eighth Session
                                               June 8, 1995
	

The Committee on Transportation was called to order at 12:15 p.m. on June 8, 
1995 behind the bar of the Assembly by Chairman Vonne Chowning.   
Assemblymen Allard, Anderson, Batten, Carpenter, de Braga, Goldwater, Nolan, 
Ohrenschall,  and Tripple were in attendance. 


       A MOTION WAS MADE BY ASSEMBLYMAN ANDERSON TO INTRODUCE 
       B.D.R. 43-2081.

       THE MOTION WAS SECONDED BY ASSEMBLYMAN GOLDWATER.


The meeting adjourned at 12:30 p.m.
